BASQUE KNIFE MINI HANDIA is a Basque knife inspired by Japanese design, born in the Basque Country. A rustic Basque tool knife that could have been used by a Basque shepherd.
It features the tip of the blade from L'HIGONOKAMI, which is a classic in Japanese cutlery.
This is a good-sized pocket knife with a slip joint. It has a blade made of raw carbon steel that has been tempered.
The choice of carbon steel for this MINI HANDIA knife is obvious.
It is the perfect marriage between the efficiency of the edge and its very rustic appearance, reminiscent of blades from the past.
The appearance of the blade will evolve over time and with use.
The handle is made of manech horn.
If you wish, it is possible to inlay a silver medal representing a Basque cross in relief made by the Basque jeweler RODON from Biarritz.
The total length of the knife is 16.5cm.
Its blade measures 7cm and 2.5cm wide.
Dishwasher absolutely prohibited.
