The favorite meat of the French is now available with a chorizo stuffing. A preparation with a powerful and generous character, the pork chorizo roll will delight both young and old. The pork chorizo rolls are made from pork shoulder sourced directly from the Roussaly slaughterhouse in Lacaune in the Tarn and its breeders from the A.P.O (Association Porci d'Oc). These rolls are accompanied by a chorizo stuffing. This stuffing is a blend of beef, lamb, and pork. Our butchers incorporate diced pieces of chorizo and 'grilling chorizo' spices into this meat mixture to enhance the flavor. Butcher's tip: Let your imagination run wild when cooking the pork chorizo rolls: in the oven, in a pan, on the barbecue, or in a casserole. Cook your pork chorizo rolls at 180 °C for about 45 minutes in the oven, or in a pan over low heat for 30 to 35 minutes with a bit of fat. Baste them regularly to keep them moist and reveal the spicy character of the chorizo. * In an effort to respect the environment, we do not use palm oil in our preparations.
