This blend features Buža, Rosinjola, Karbonaca, Leccino, Istrian White, Pendolino, Maraiola, and Frantoio. Each variety contributes its character, from freshness and fruity notes to structure and expressiveness. The result is an oil that feels rounded, refined, and exceptionally drinkable.
Finide does not go to extremes. Its strength lies in balance, where no single variety dominates, but together they create a unique whole that easily adapts to various dishes.
Production
The high quality of Finide oil begins in the olive grove. The fruits are harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness, with an emphasis on freshness and preservation of natural properties.
Each variety is processed separately to retain its specific characteristics. The olives are processed within 12 hours of harvesting, at a temperature below 27°C, ensuring the preservation of natural aromas and oil stability.
Only after processing does the blending process begin, where the varieties are precisely combined to achieve the recognizable profile of Finide oil.
