We use the variety of crushed dry chili pepper with a straight and thin shape called 'Calabrese cigarette' to flavor our product, and it is the spiciest chili variety in Italy. It has a full-bodied aroma with very balanced bitterness and spiciness, presenting the flavor and aroma of chili pepper. Excellent raw on grilled red meats, vegetables, pasta, legumes, and pizza.
