CURE The Cod Steaks undergo a traditional curing process of more than 3 months. |
CONSUMPTION This product has been resting in a salt cure and must be soaked before consumption. |

PREPARATION To achieve a perfectly cooked cod steak, it is essential that the cooking process is slow, with the water at a constant temperature. |
