Aged Mixed Cheese handcrafted with goat and sheep milk from the Sierra de Cádiz. Slow and careful aging of at least 2 years.
Aging: Over 18 months. Aged type.
Intensity: very strong as it is an aged cheese, although to a lesser extent compared to other varieties like goat cheese.
Rind: natural
Characteristics: cheese with a yellowish color, intense flavor on the palate, and hard texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
