A Mystery Box is a carefully curated package of handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces from the EricaDesign studio.
It contains items that were not part of the regular collection, yet are completely flawless.
What can I find inside a Mystery Box?
Your box may include:
Handmade jewelry made from polymer clay
Decorative items made from ceramic powder (trays, bowls)
Natural soy candles in handmade containers
Each Mystery Box is a surprise, and the contents vary from box to box.
Can I choose specific products?
No. The purpose of a Mystery Box is the element of surprise.
All items are selected intuitively and with care, therefore it is not possible to choose individual pieces or colors.
Are the products damaged or defective?
No. The products are not damaged or unusable.
They are unique pieces that were simply not included in the regular collection.
Can I return or exchange a Mystery Box?
Due to the nature of the Mystery Box (surprise product), returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of damage during delivery.
Is a Mystery Box suitable as a gift?
Yes. A Mystery Box makes a wonderful and thoughtful gift.
When will my order be shipped?
Mystery Boxes are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Do I receive a gift?
The first 5 Mystery Box orders will also receive a small gift.

Legal Notice – Mystery Box
Nature of the Product
A Mystery Box is a surprise product, meaning that the exact contents are not known at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the nature of the product.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose characteristics depend on personal circumstances or to surprise products whose content is not predetermined.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible, except in the following cases:
The product was damaged during delivery, or
The wrong product was delivered.
Claims and Damage During Delivery
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify the seller at info@ed-ericadesign.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Uniqueness of the Products
All products in the Mystery Box are handmade and unique.
Minor variations in color, pattern, texture, or shape are not considered defects but are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products.
Seller’s Responsibility
The seller guarantees that all products are inspected and properly packaged before shipping.
The seller is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction with the selection of products, as the element of surprise is an essential part of the Mystery Box concept.
