A very mild and pleasant cheese made from a blend of 3 milks.

– Lactic ferments
– Rennet
– Lysozyme (derived from egg)
– Calcium chloride
– Salt
ALLERGENS
- Contains: milk and its derivatives (including lactose), eggs, and egg-based products.
- Does not contain: cereals containing gluten, crustaceans and products based on crustaceans, fish and fish-based products, peanuts and peanut-based products, soy and soy-based products, tree nuts, celery and derived products, mustard and derived products, sesame seeds and products based on sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites in concentrations exceeding 10 mg/Kg or 10 mg/liter, lupins and products based on lupins, mollusks and products based on mollusks.
