Ready-to-Spread Tomato
This tomato is prepared promptly after harvesting. The fresh crushed tomato, along with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, is packaged without adding any coloring or thickening agents. Ideal for spreading and as a complement to various foods. Since no thickening agents are added, separation of the tomato juice may occur.
Ingredients: 170 g of tomato, 5% oil, garlic (1%), sugar, sea salt, and acidity regulator: citric acid.
