The Mingo anchovy fillets are made exclusively with bocarte from the Cantabrian Coast, crafted in a traditional artisanal manner, cleaning and 'massaging' each fillet by hand, respecting the ideal times for their process and the most suitable thermal conditions.
We only use the highest quality bocarte, and we offer it completely free of bones with a flavor and texture that will delight the most discerning palates.
