Forget random boxes or surprises at the end of the cellar. Capra Prime is our regular line of cheese selections, designed for those seeking balance, variety, and character in every bite. A selection of the best aging cheeses available in the cellar, including semi-aged, soft cheeses, and aged goat cheeses. Each box contains 1/3 soft cheeses, 1/3 hard cheeses, and 1/3 semi-aged cheeses, some already available in the online store, others only available in-store. Always different, always calibrated, always at their maximum potential. Because if taste is a mission, it's better to face it with the right equipment! 🎯 The ultimate format for interstellar taste journeys. More cheese, more variety, the same quality as always. A selection to share or to tackle alone, if you have the courage. 💥Extended mission. Complete equipment. In this box, you can find: - semi-aged cheeses like zuccanera, otello, saffron cubes, and flavored crottini; - soft cheeses like baciodilatte (also stuffed), Morla, Capricandido, Tegulat, etc.; - hard and semi-hard cheeses like saffron and pink pepper caciotte, Gerèt, etc. The 1500g package (minimum weight) is sufficient for creating about 10 cheese boards (or servings).
