Ground Bay Leaf for Tea and Kitchen 30 g

Ground bay leaf is an aromatic herbal product for preparing infusions and for use in the kitchen. Bay has a recognizable Mediterranean scent, a slightly bitter freshness, and a warm herbal character.

For tea, use a smaller amount of ground bay leaf and pour hot water over it. In the kitchen, add it to stews, sauces, marinades, potatoes, legumes, fish, or meat dishes where you want a more rounded Istrian flavor.

Since the bay leaf is ground, add it gradually and to taste.
