Rose Malvasia Jelly with 50% sugar. Malvasia from the Manzano hills, roses from grandmother's garden. We cook the Malvasia to evaporate the alcohol, add the roses, seal, and pasteurize the jars. The jelly can be spread on pancakes, added to sponge cake, served with ice cream, and pairs well with aged cheeses.
