Nono Bepi Sauce
Nono Bepi Sauce is a homemade tomato sauce with the flavor of tradition and summer Istrian cuisine. It is made from ripe tomatoes and is intended for quick use in everyday dishes.
Taste and Use
Heat it for pasta, gnocchi, rice, polenta, eggs, vegetable dishes, meat sauces, or fish plates. It is also useful as a base for minestrone, stews, and oven dishes.
Serving Suggestion
Slowly heat the sauce, optionally add a few drops of olive oil and fresh herbs. For a simple meal, combine it with pasta and grated cheese.
