TAJNA is a family-owned boutique winery whose story began in 2011 with the planting of vineyards. Under the leadership of the Demeš family, the historic estate underwent extensive renovation, leading to the launch of its first wine collection in 2015.

The winery’s philosophy is built on the belief that quality begins in the vineyard. Noble grape varieties are cultivated with care and transformed into wines through gentle processing and modern technology. Their distinctive character is further enhanced by expert ageing in oak barrels, bringing elegance and a long mineral finish to the wines.

Ecology and sustainability are at the heart of the winery’s approach. Guided by the principle that “nature sets the pace,” TAJNA focuses on precise vineyard management and respect for the surrounding landscape.
