How to cook Galician bream in the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the opened bream on a bed of sliced potatoes, julienned onion, and tomato with plenty of olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes for a 600g piece, basting with the juices every 10 minutes.
Storage: Keep between 0 and 4°C. Vacuum packed. Consume within 24-48 hours. Suitable for freezing.
