How to cook fresh salmon: Grill the fillets skin side down for 3-4 minutes and flip quickly for 1 minute for perfect results. Bake with vegetables and dill sauce for a more elaborate option. In gravlax, cured for 48 hours with salt, sugar, and dill, for a spectacular cold preparation.
Storage: Keep between 0 and 4°C. Vacuum packed. Consume within 24-48 hours. Suitable for freezing.
