The Galician gooseneck barnacle is one of the most valued seafood items in Spanish cuisine. How to cook Galician gooseneck barnacles
Boil plenty of water with sea salt (50 g/liter). When it reaches a strong boil, add the barnacles and remove them 1 to 2 minutes after the water returns to a boil. Cover them with a damp cloth in their own cooking water until serving to keep them warm and juicy when eating.
Storage
Keep refrigerated covered with a damp cloth. Consume within 48 hours of receiving the order.
