The Norway lobster we offer is available in three sizes, both raw for grilling and cooked in seawater on the day of shipment.
How to cook Galician Norway lobsters: Grill them halved with a drizzle of olive oil, 2-3 minutes on each side. This is the simplest method and the one that best preserves their flavor. Also, boil in salted water (50 g/liter): 3-4 minutes from the moment the water boils, depending on size. Serve with a good, well-chilled Albariño wine.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. If it arrives alive, it is recommended to cook it within the hours following receipt. If it arrives cooked, consume within 48 hours after receipt.
