How to store dehydrated mushrooms?
As it is a dehydrated product, it is necessary to keep it in a dry environment. A glass jar with a tight lid, away from heat sources, would be an appropriate place.
How to hydrate dehydrated mushrooms?
By boiling them in water for 1 minute or soaking them for 1 hour. Once hydrated, they can be used as if they were fresh, and their size will increase approximately 10 times. (10g of dehydrated mushrooms = 100g of fresh mushrooms). It is important to know that dehydrated mushrooms:
