An unmatched cheese created by our master cheesemakers and bathed in a mustard sauce made with Sherry vinegar from the province of Cádiz.
Approximate weight: 200 grams
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, sherry vinegar (sulfites), concentrated grape must, preservative E202, gelling agent E415, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard, sugars, salt, spices, and spice extract).
Allergens: This product contains milk, lactose, mustard, and sulfites.
