Olive Leaf Tea is a pure herbal tea made from the leaves of olive trees that grow at Domačija Butul in Slovenian Istria. In the cup, it reveals a gentle Mediterranean character, with green herbal notes and a pleasant, refined bitterness.
Taste and Character
The beverage is pure, calm, and distinctly plant-based. It is enjoyable on its own, but you can enhance it with a slice of lemon, a teaspoon of honey, mint, or cinnamon.
Preparation
- Pour 1–2 teaspoons of tea with 200 ml of hot water.
- Let it steep for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain and serve warm or chilled.
