Medovina Elisa is a family-owned company from Nivnice in the Slovácko region, continuing a tradition dating back to 1973.

We produce mead according to the original recipe, using a cold-production process with Czech honey, without added alcohol or sugar, and allow it to mature slowly in our cellars.

In the Slovácko region, honey has always held a special place, and for more than half a century we have been transforming its flavor into products that combine tradition, honest craftsmanship, and the joy of gift-giving. The foundation of our family business is Medovina Elisa, produced in Nivnice according to the original 1973 recipe. Over time, we have expanded its story to include flavored meads, honey beer, selected Czech honeys, limited editions, and original gifts. Our specialty is gift packaging that combines honey products with creative design and personalization options. These unique gifts are created for family, friends, employees, and business partners, carrying a personal touch and a piece of the Slovácko region.
