Mushroom Pâté
Artisanal pâté made from a mixture of liver and pork bacon, seasoned with salt, spices, mushrooms, boletus edulis, and sherry wine.
Made in Ortigosa de Cameros, La Rioja.
The flavor is clearly mushroom-forward and its aroma is of sherry wine.
Its color remains pinkish, while on the palate it is defined as pasty and whole-cut, characteristics shared by El Robledillo's pâtés.
Ingredients: Pork liver, pork bacon, mushrooms 15% (Pleorotus Ostreatus and Boletus Edulis), white wine (sulfites), salt, olive oil, white pepper, nutmeg, clove, garlic, and parsley.
