Artisan pâté made from a blend of pork meats, seasoned with salt, spices, sherry wine, and fine herbs.
Made in Ortigosa de Cameros. La Rioja.
We can observe a pinkish color and the flavor it offers is somewhat spicy and clearly herbaceous, with a quite specific aroma of sherry wine.
We observe a whole cut and on the palate, it has a creamy texture.
Ingredients: Pork liver, pork fat, white wine (sulfites), salt, fine herbs (0.08%), white pepper, nutmeg, and clove.
NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORANTS. GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE. SUITABLE FOR CELIACS.
