Traditional Country Pâté
Artisan Country Pâté made from a blend of pork meats, seasoned with salt, spices, and sherry wine. It is called "country" to refer to the countryside (campagne, in French), that is, to the rustic.
Made in Ortigosa de Cameros. La Rioja.
Ingredients: Pork liver, pork fat, white wine (sulfites), salt, white pepper, nutmeg, and clove. Preservative E-250. Antioxidant E-301.
