The cheese in oil is a traditional recipe to better preserve the properties of the cheese and enhance its strong and intense aroma and flavor. It is one of our gourmet specialties.

The cheese has a maturation of over 6 months.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, and olive oil.
