In the heart of the Jura, Aloïs and his partner run a cheese farm where they produce a delicious farmhouse goat cheese. Their cheese, made from raw milk, is slightly crumbly with a natural and slightly bloomy rind. The texture and subtle nutty aromas reflect their commitment to traditional methods and respectful goat farming. Their farm, surrounded by lush pastures, is a model of sustainable agriculture.
