Character of the Blend
The recognizable sweet-fruity notes of black tea are prominent, followed by a soft aroma of rose. The tea is pleasant without additives, but it also pairs nicely with a bit of honey or a slice of lemon.
Preparation of Black Tea
- Use 1 teaspoon or 2-3 g of the blend per 200-250 ml of water.
- Heat the water to 90-95 °C.
- Pour the tea and let it steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain it.
- For a stronger flavor, you can extend the time up to 5 minutes; longer steeping may enhance bitterness.
Tip: first try it without additives to let the delicate aroma of rose shine through. For iced tea, use double the amount of the blend, cool the prepared tea, and pour it over ice.
