Founded in the heart of Slovakia’s Little Carpathians, Carpate Diem is a family winery producing organic, low-histamine wines from its own vineyards since 2012.

Carpate Diem is a family winery in Šenkvice, led by brothers-in-law Peter Fitz and Daniel Masár. Located in a historic building designed by renowned Slovak architect Emil Belluš in 1938, the winery combines traditional vineyard work with modern winemaking. All wines are produced exclusively from grapes grown on the estate’s 13 hectares of organically managed vineyards in the Little Carpathians wine region. Alongside its commitment to sustainable viticulture, Carpate Diem is recognized for its range of low-histamine wines and its welcoming atmosphere for wine lovers seeking an authentic experience.
