Traditional CHORIZO is prepared according to the original Spanish recipe. It contains 95% pork meat accompanied by the aroma and taste of pungent garlic, oregano, and red paprika.
It perfectly enhances any tasting plate and we recommend it to those who want to savor a sip of slightly spicy Spanish cuisine. Serve it in thin slices and enjoy it with pumpkin bread, homemade tapas, or a glass of liqueur wine. Its aroma develops best at room temperature before serving. After opening, store the salami in a cool environment.
