Fuet is a typical dried Spanish butcher's product. Its characteristic flavor is created along with special spices and also by our little helper. These are organic starters, cultures of microorganisms that create an unparalleled flavor profile during fermentation and subsequent aging.
It is also typical for the pleasant camembert aroma of noble mold.
Fuet is filled in an edible casing.
We recommend not peeling the fuet before consumption. The casing carries the typical flavor.
