Prosciutto PANENKA is made from the finest pork meat from the tenderloin. It ages for several weeks, and the gradual drying ensures the long-term durability of this popular muscle cut. Its delicious flavor is enhanced by gentle smoking with beech wood. Due to its very low fat content and delicate taste, it is particularly popular among women, but served as thin medallions on a buffet table, it will also impress the toughest of men. It pairs very well with semi-dry and dry white wine.
Prosciutto is vacuum packed. After unwrapping, store the prosciutto in a cool environment, preferably hanging where there is a slight airflow.
