The LOIN of WILD BOAR has achieved a flavor harmony through long aging and drying with hints of thyme, anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, juniper, garlic, and a subtle smoking with beech wood, and is accordingly awarded "Regional Food of the Ústí Region 2021". This delicacy, made from the back of wild boar sourced exclusively from Czech game by Petron, is suitable for preparing various meat specialties in cold cuisine or in combination with a robust red wine.
The prosciutto is vacuum packed. After opening, store the prosciutto in a cool environment, preferably hanging where there is a slight airflow.
