Aged Mixed Cheese
Aged mixed cheese (goat-sheep) traditionally made with milk from goats and sheep from the Natural Park of Sierra de Grazalema.
Aging: 4 to 7 months.
Intensity: mild intermediate as it is a mixed cheese with special aging.
Rind: natural
Characteristics: cheese with a white color and mild flavor with plenty of aromas that leave a great aftertaste on the palate. Firm texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
This cheese won the prestigious Cincho de Oro at the International Contest of Valladolid in 2010 as well as other international awards.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:
Store in a cool, dry place.
It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18º C.
Ingredients: GOAT milk (minimum 51%), SHEEP milk (minimum 10%), salt, rennet, stabilizer (calcium chloride), and lactic ferments.
