Quesos y Besos, founded in 2017 in Guarromán, Jaén, produces artisanal goat cheeses using traditional methods and milk from its own livestock.

Its Olavidia cheese has been recognized as the Best Cheese in the World in 2021 and its Camembeso cheese, sixth Best Cheese in the World in the same competition.

"We love the countryside and nature. And we want to pass that passion on to future generations. Making goat cheese has brought us back to our roots."
