Premium beef prosciutto BRESAOLA is produced over several months from selected cuts of young cattle. To produce 100 kg of bresaola, 150 kg of beef is used. Its flavor is enhanced by a fusion of smoked beech wood along with thyme, anise, juniper, garlic, bay leaf, and cinnamon. The more mature it is, the tastier it becomes, just like a good cheese or an intense round red wine, with which it pairs well. It is excellent for preparing very delicate slices of beef carpaccio with shavings of parmesan, arugula, and a drizzle of quality olive oil.
The prosciutto is vacuum-packed. After opening, store the prosciutto in a cool environment.
