👨🍳 Preparation Tips (Desalting and Cooking)
- Correct Desalting: All salted pieces (Rib, Head, Mini Lacon) should be submerged in cold water separately. We recommend at least 24 hours, changing the water 2 or 3 times.
- Initial Cooking: Place the desalted meats in a large pot with cold water and bring it to a boil. Cook them until tender (the time varies, but generally, it takes several hours on low heat).
- The Chorizos: Add the 3 chorizos to the cooking in the last hour.
