How to cook Atlantic spider crab: Boil in plenty of water with coarse salt (40g/liter). Introduce from cold water if alive and count 18 minutes from the moment it starts boiling for pieces of 700g, 20 minutes for pieces of 1 kg. Let cool before serving.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Consume within 24 hours if it arrives alive, 48 hours if it arrives cooked.
