How to cook Atlantic spider crab: Boil in plenty of water with coarse salt (40g/liter). Introduce from cold water if it is alive and count 18 minutes from when it starts to boil. Let it cool before serving.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Consume within 24 hours if it arrives alive, 48 hours if it arrives cooked.
