Cooked Galician octopus | Ready for the best octopus a feira at home. Octopus a feira is the most emblematic dish of Galician cuisine. Ours is cooked in our own facilities, with whole tentacles and without the head, preserving all the texture and flavor of authentic Galician octopus. You just need to slice it, heat it, and add extra virgin olive oil, pimentón de la Vera, and coarse salt.
How to prepare octopus a feira: Heat the cooked octopus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Cut it into slices of 1-1.5 cm on a wooden plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, add coarse sea salt and pimentón to taste. Serve hot.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Consume within 48-72 hours after receipt. It can also be perfectly frozen.
Origin: Galician coasts · FAO Zone 27 · Octopus vulgaris
