How to cook Galician spider crabs: Boil in plenty of water with sea salt (60g/liter). When it starts to boil, add the spider crabs and cook for 8-10 minutes depending on size. Remove them and let them cool upside down so they don't lose their juices. Serve at room temperature.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. If they arrive alive, consume within 24 hours. If they arrive cooked, consume within 48 hours.
