The Louchébem cuvée is crafted by Bernard Cazade, a winemaker based in Fossés and Baleyssac, a small commune not far from La Réole to the east of the Entre-deux-mers. The great originality of this cuvée - aside from its concept - is that it is made with Syrah of Girondine origin. It is a rarity and has a profile very different from the Syrah of the South or the Rhône.
