The kit contains: 4 Organic Brioche Burger Buns – 320 g: soft, lightly golden, perfect for a melting and balanced burger. 1 Jar of Onion Confit – Jean d’Audignac – 110 g: the sweet touch that enhances the richness of the cheese and the power of the meat. 4 Small Lascours Beef Patties – 110 g each: 100% French meat, minced and shaped by our butchers for perfect tenderness and cooking. 8 Slices of Bacon – 100 g: smoked just enough to add a salty and crispy note. 8 Slices of Raclette Cheese – 160 g: melting and indulgent, they bring all the generosity of the mountain to your burger. Butcher's Tip: Cook the Small Lascours in a pan or on a griddle for about 2 minutes on each side, depending on the desired doneness. Lightly brown the bacon, then the burger buns on the inside for perfect crispiness. Place the slices of raclette on the still-hot patties to let them melt gently.
