The Rigotte de Condrieu from the Ferme de Chasse Nuage is a small raw milk goat cheese, handcrafted in the regional natural park of Pilat. It comes in the form of a small disc with a fine ivory rind. Its tender and melting texture reveals delicate aromas of hazelnut, wildflowers, and fresh milk. The aging process, lasting about fifteen days, allows the Rigotte to develop a slight goat-like character without losing its creaminess. It can be enjoyed both fresh and slightly aged, as an appetizer, in a salad, or simply with country bread.
