Made from thermized cow's milk, it offers a melting texture when young, and becomes firmer as it matures. Its bold and generous flavor reveals milky, fruity, and slightly honeyed aromas. Saint Marcellin can be enjoyed plain, warm, or incorporated into recipes. It pairs perfectly with a Viognier or a Roussette de Savoie.
