The Champagnolais is an original creation from the Fromagerie du Mont d’Or. This soft cheese made from raw Montbéliarde cow's milk is aged, turned, and regularly rubbed to develop its orange washed rind and subtle aromas. Its soft and melting texture makes it an ideal cheese to enjoy cold on rustic bread or warm, accompanied by potatoes.
