Pork meat (Origin: EU) (90%), blood, paprika paste, salt, wine, garlic, water, (preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, (antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
