Pork fat (Origin: EU) (50%), Pork meat (30%), wheat flour (Gluten), water, salt, paprika paste, garlic, wine, blood, spices, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate).
Stuffed in artificial casing. Smoked with oak wood. May contain traces of soy due to wheat storage, but no soy is added. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
