With a density of 1.22, it is a classic white dressing derived from the union of must and Trebbiano grape vinegar. The aging in oak barrels allows it to have a more harmonious and balanced structure. Its low acidity makes it delicate, not aggressive, with a bright and clear straw-yellow color, making it perfect for its multiple uses. On the nose, it is intensely pleasant and clean. On the palate, it has a decisive but not aggressive flavor, finishing with a light and pleasant sweet note. Excellent for salads, grilled vegetables, vinaigrettes, fish, and grinding.
