The veal fillet T-bone comes from farms located in Corrèze, in the heart of the South-West. We work in a short supply chain with partner breeders and receive shipments twice a week to ensure optimal freshness. Our calves are selected young, at a maximum of 8 months and around 160 kg, to ensure tender meat, slightly pink and with a delicate taste. A constant requirement to offer you a veal chop that is both generous, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
Chronofresh collects dry, fresh and frozen food products from e-merchants at their production sites and delivers them within 24 to 48 hours throughout France. Goods are transported at room temperature or under controlled temperatures (0-4°C or -18°C) in strict compliance with the cold chain.
